Original Lyrics:

oṃ tryámbakaṃ yajāmahe
sughandhíṃ puṣṭivardhánam
urvārukam iva bandhánān
mṛtyor mukṣīya māmṛtāt

English Meaning:

Om, we worship Tryambak (the three-eyed lord Shiva),
who is fragrant and who nourishes all beings.
Of these many bondages (Samsara) similar to the creeping stem of a cucumber,
may he free us from death, so that we may not be separated from the perception of immortality.
