Namastastu Rudra Roope
Sarva Sarvae Namastu
Ishana sarva vidyanam
Ishvara sarva bhuthanaam
Bhramha dipathi Bhramhano dhipathi

Bhramha shivome astu
Meghadipati dushmaanaam
Karth samasiya maanaam
Jaya dusht Kar karthaanaam
Jaya dusht Kar maanaam

English Meaning:

Everywhere and always, O Rudra*, /the demigod Shiva, destroyer of all three worlds/
I bow down to all your forms, O Sarva.
Ishana* is present in all forms of knowledge and learning /the fifth face of Shiva/
and Īśvara* is present in all things of this universe /Supreme Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa/
and is the head of Brahmā*.
